Passwarden – The Easy and Secure Way to Store Your Passwords

Published on

Malware protection

While all aspects of our lives, from grocery shopping to working to socializing, continue to move online, we need to remember an increasingly large number of passwords. It’s becoming an issue for many people—and there are different approaches to tackling it. Some of us use different Passwordless Authentication for all their accounts, which makes it difficult to remember all of them. Others prefer to use the same password for everything. This is risky; if hackers get that password, they’ll gain access to all of that person’s accounts, including bank accounts, social media pages, and dating website profiles. Quite terrifying, right?

Luckily, there is a better way to handle this issue. You can use a password manager, which will store all your passwords, as well as generate new ones that will be impossible to guess. The first password managers were launched not very long ago, and now there are dozens of them on the market, suited for any taste, including options like standalone password managers, web-based password managers, and others.

But with so many password managers on the market, how do you choose the one that’s right for you? We tried several, and Passwarden was by far our favorite one. We really liked the combination of features that this password manager offers, including Duress Mode, 2FA, secure password sharing, and more”

Passwarden Password Manager

Passwarden is an intuitive and secure password manager that allows you to store your passwords—and also other sensitive data. You can use this app to save your account credentials, ID cards and driver’s licenses, SSN, credit/debit cards, and bank account details. All the data is protected on the client side by AES-256 and ЕС р-384 protocols—even KeepSolid employees won’t be able to gain access.

One feature that is unique to Passwarden is Duress mode, which lets users hide Passwarden Vaults that hold your more private and sensitive information when you are forced to enter your password under duress. In order to use this feature, you need to come up with not one, but two Master Passwords. When you enter the second one, Passwarden will hide the most sensitive information. https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/Z__vqljB4IXl5XKlf2Osin-qqCCHFYwbRaADKhzYPOCQJklm5KrDvb7KnuaYQsiMLT3yJHThyRAonUtXyPLK8hLEY7eksnk5RKgH_IhihVdS86S1EYaS9Sg_qmT3krOFvHoBy-wU

Another feature that caught our attention is Two-factor authentication. When enabling 2FA, you add an extra layer of protection to the password manager. 2FA is used increasingly often nowadays as it provides a great defense from hackers.
